 Our support to the user is unrivalled. We do everything we can to ensure that your introduction to MASTERDRAIN is as easy and painless as possible. Support is provided free for the first year and is only £395.00 per year thereafter.

In addition, we recognise that, regardless how easy a program is to use, a program with as many functions as ours to learn will take some time to get to grips with fully.

In your early stages of using the program we offer a service of producing the input files and output required for your scheme or schemes until you are completely confident in producing your own.  This service greatly reduces any loss of performance you may encounter during the familiarisation stage.

All of our staff are familiar with the program, some more than others, but this means that simple queries are dealt with very quickly and it frees up the more experienced users for the more complicated questions.
